ECH inaugurated the new Egyptian brand “MEHALLA”, for home textiles and ready-made garments targeting mainly the local consumption as well as export.

Products manufactured include:

• Bedroom furnishings: sheets, pillowcases, quilt bags and various sets, pillowcases and quilt fillers, etc.

• Bathroom furnishings: Towels of all sizes and types, bathroom rugs of different sizes and colors, bathrobes for adults and children, swimming pool robes for children, etc.
• Kitchen furnishings: kitchen towels, kitchen apron, kitchen rugs, etc.
• Living room furnishings: pillowcases, light covers, pillow inserts, small mattresses, etc.
• Home clothes for men and women: pajamas and various underwear
• Outerwear for men: shirts and t-shirts, pants (jeans and cloth), jackets of different materials

The brand name is derived from the Egyptian city’s name Mehalla el Kobra; the most famous city in the field of manufacture of cotton-based products in Egypt.
